Love and care goes in to each item when completing orders. We do not accept returns on custom and personalised products, except in the case of an error. In that case, we will work with you as quickly as possible to rectify the problem. Please be aware when ordering products there may be a 1-3mm sizing difference each way.
Pick up orders will not be replaced if something is broken after pick up. Items are made, packaged and handed over with care. We are not responsible for what happens after pick up unless it is a detail/design error.
We pack our items as well as we can, but we do rely on couriers being careful with our packages. If your item is broken in transit, please take a photo of the damage and contact us immediately. We are not responsible for any breakages once you have unpacked your item(s). Some items are very fragile and must be handled with care. Items are to be handled gently and cleaned carefully for example, acrylic should not be cleaned with harsh cloths as it will cause scratching.
